1. WHAT IS THE BEST TIME OF YEAR TO GO TO AFRICA ON SAFARI?
    All safaris, photo or hunting are done between April and September. The climate is more moderate, and we avoid the sweltering heat of summer. However you can still expect day temperatures to exceed 30 degrees. Night temperatures can drop below zero.
2. IS MALARIA PRESENT IN THE AREA`S WEHERE SAFARIS ARE CONDUCTED?
    The Great Karoo, Kalahari regions in South Africa, and Southern Namibia (dry areas) are generally Malaria free. In the north of Namibia, especially after good rains it would be advisable to take precautions for malaria. It would available, to check the malaria status before departure.
3. WHAT VACCINATIONS/HEALTH PRECAUTIONS DO I REQUIRE?
    Vaccinations for smallpox, cholera and yellow fever and not required, however we recommend that you consult your local physician, prior to departure.
4. WHAT INSURANCE DO I NEED?
    It is recommended that medical travelers insurance it taken out. We also recommend that you consider as a top up, taking medical evacuation insurance. This is just precautionary measure and gives you piece of mind. Please make sure your valuables are insured.
5. WHAT ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?
    All travelers must be in possession of a valid passport. Many countries are exempted from visa applications, however please check with your local travel agent.
6. WHAT CLOTHING IS REQUIRED?
    During the day, dress in comfortable light cotton casual clothing. (Khaki) Early mornings and evenings are cold, so pack warm clothing, such and trousers long sleeved shirts and a jacket.
